Hoop House, Got You Covered...??

What, pray tell, have you used to successfully cover a large hoop-house?

Maybe I should have started small, but my first hoop-house is 20'W X 24'L and about 14ft high.  It needs a suitable cover mostly for sun and hail..  
I prefer to find a middle weight Ag fabric cover, like Agribon, with light transmittance of about 30%... just enough shade to cool things off at my sun intense altitude of 7,000ft.  So far, it's been hard to find fabrics this big, but due to the enormous number of hoop-benders being sold for this size, I'm hoping others have searched and found out how to cover this size of hoop-house.  
I don't plan to use plastic, unless all else fails.  Thanks in advance.

I have had good luck from this place.  Reasonable price, good delivery time.  Holding up over some pretty heavy snow before we had a chance to shovel it off, and even six sharp clawed turkeys (minor repair required)  http://www.agriculturesolutions.com/

Farmtek has a pretty good supply of greenhouse fabrics in various sizes.  They should have something for you, I know they sell that size geenhouse....

I just finished a 20 x 16 hoop house with no help.
If you used the top rails, 3 ten foot pieces = 30 ft. you should use a cover 32 ft wide and long enough to do your ends. Alternatively if you have other material for ends, just add two feet to your total length. In short hoop houses such as mine and yours, end ventilation should be adequate.  however if you have a board part way up the side to allow ventilation on the sides, you will secure the two sections and make a cut only if your side will be designed to drop down. If you roll up from the bottom to ventilate, you secure at the side board and bottom roll bar.
There are plenty of YouTube videos explaining the many ways to achieve this task.
I put my poly on all by myself in 5 hours on a day with no wind.
